About our puppies: Cooper Oaks Golden Retrievers strives to breed healthy, happy, and well-tempered puppies to the AKC golden retriever standard. It is extremely important to us that our dogs have CLEAR GENETICS. We’ve spent a great amount of time and effort planning each breeding (including driving from Florida to Minnesota for the perfect match). We want our puppies to be the best they can be! We train our pups using Puppy Culture.

Puppy cost: Pet/companion puppies sell for $3000 with a limited contract (no breeding allowed). If you intend to breed your dog, please inquire about our unlimited contract/Full contract 

Application process: We screen applicants to give our puppies the best homes possible. An application must be submitted, we will correspond with you, and when accepted a $500 deposit is due (non-refundable - except in the case that there is not a puppy for you). Applicants are put on a waiting list in the order deposits are received for pet companion puppies. A deposit of $500 ensures your spot on the list. This reserves your puppy on a first come first-served basis. This also determines the order of puppy selection.

Purchase Agreement: To ensure our puppies receive the best life has to offer, we require a signed purchase agreement that stipulates how we expect our puppies to be raised and cared for.

What to expect: Puppy selection occurs at five weeks of age. Weekly Facebook posts allow you to watch the progress of the puppies. If you live close by you may schedule a visit with us for a chance to play with the puppies and get to know us. If you don't live close, we'll be happy to Facetime after five weeks of age.

Puppies go home when they are eight weeks old.

Payment: The balance will be due when you pick up your puppy.  We accept Cash, Certified check, PayPal or Credit Card (add 3% ), Zell, Good Dog (they charge their own fees).

Puppies come with the following:

• vet checked puppy

• health certificate

• wormed 2 to 3 times in 6 weeks

• puppy vaccines Bortadella kennel cough vaccine

• a toy

• blanket with litter scent

• sample of puppy food sample

• AKC registration information
